CorrigoPro Desktop Integration

For service providers that receive Corrigo work orders from their customers, FieldVision is an ideal enhancement for their staff as well as for their customers. With FieldVision, crews record their work with the FieldVision mobile app, the work gets checked in and checked out of Corrigo in real time. There is no need to use multiple mobile apps or call in to the Corrigo IVR to report work.

Back office admin staff can use the FieldVision management console to review and approve the work. FieldVision photos can be uploaded to the Corrigo work order with a single click of a button. Best of all, the work can be invoiced in Corrigo directly from FieldVision data. There is no need to login to Corrigo to manually submit invoices. This is a major time saving feature and is why using FieldVision with Corrigo is such a powerful combination!

Work order management

Corrigo service providers can have their CorrigoPro work orders sent directly to FieldVision so that work orders from Corrigo and other sources (such as ServiceChannel) can be managed from within a single user interface without redundant data entry into multiple systems.

Record Work

Field crews can record Corrigo work orders with the FieldVision mobile app. All of the necessary Corrigo work order information is captured by FieldVision and check-in and check out information is automatically sent to Corrigo so your Corrigo customer knows what work is being done as it happens.

With the management console, you don't have to enter FieldVision information on the mobile app.  All of your property, work group and work order information can be managed from your desktop computer.   The management console also provides additional features not available in the mobile app.  Features such as email notifications when work is completed, the ability to group work orders by customer and the ability to group users by vendor are available only through the management console. Customer pricing and vendor payment information can also be entered from the management console.

Review Work

The review work queue is very cool.  Click on any recorded work activity and see the work that was recorded along with all photos of that work.  We call it FieldVision for a reason.  You can see what’s going on on your properties.  Your Corrigo customers can see the work in both FieldVision and Corrigo. If your business needs to approve or decline work you can do it here and add an optional approval code.  The approval state can be used to generate reports.

Generate reports

A powerful report generator lets you generate reports on a wide variety of criteria. You can generate reports by Service Category, by Customer, by Vendor and by the Approval State of the work.  This feature is perfect for customers or vendors who need service reports for billing and invoicing.  Reports can be generated in Excel, PDF or Word formats.

GENERATE INVOICES

For those businesses in need of high volume invoice generation, the FieldVision Management console has you covered.  Corrigo work order information can be recorded in FieldVision, reviewed and approved in the FieldVision management console and then submitted to Corrigo. This feature saves a tremendous amount of time as it completely eliminates the need to log into Corrigo and manually enter invoice information. The management console also integrates with QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop and can send invoices to your internal accounts receivable system from work recorded in FieldVision.  The Work Order setup and Review Work processes ensure that only valid work is invoiced and sent to your A/R system.
